Hard capsules enter into the module by sequence, and then
will be pushed aside automatically by the vacuum.
Working table
Molds are easy to dismantle and assemble, so they are easy
to maintain and clean.
Filling device
All the parts contacting medical powder are made of high
quality stainless steel to avoid any corrosion or rust,
hence to thoroughly prevent medical powder from any pollution.
Metering device
Medical powder is filled and compressed 5 times and finally
sent into the lower part of the capsule to ensure the dosage
of every capsule.
The dosage of capsule is easy to adjust.
Actuating system
Machine with scored pulley mechanism has the merit of impact
resistance and accurate positioning, and is especially suitable
to fill fairly viscous powder
Electric control system
The machine is designed to ensure operator's safety, provided
with emergency switch and located a proximity switch at
each of the four doors.
The operating system adopts SIEMENS PLC control system.
The working speed and the production process can be adjusted
and displayed on the operating screen.
The electric parts adopt the well-known brand in the world
such as SIEMENS, EAO, WEIDMULLER.
