Structure Introduction

- Pressing system
All the parts contacting medical powder are made of special
wearability alloy to avoid any corrosion or rust, hence
to thoroughly prevent medical powder from any pollution.

- Tablet release device
There are 2 channels on the tablet release device, one is
for the qualified tablets and the other is for the rejected
ones. It can be rejected the unqualified tablets automatically.

- Tablets weight controlling system
High accuracy and easy removed force powder feeder force
medical powder to fill into each punch hole, guaranteeing
powder feeding accuracy. Operating system tests and adjusts
the weight of every tablet, hence guarantees tablet weight
accuracy.

- Electric control system
It is designed according to the industrial grade standards,
selecting components of the well-known brand in the world
such as SIEMENS, EAO, WEIDMULLER.

- Hydraulic system
The pre-pressing wheel and the main pressing wheel are hydraulically
supported. In case of overpressure, the upper and the lower
pressing wheels will loose automatically, and halt for protection
purpose.

- Lubrication system
The central lubrication system can be operated automatically
or manually, ensuring the stability of the system.
